The chocolate and raisins Bunmixes are gluten-free and vegan! Because the chocolate drops contains 58.5 g/100g of sugar and raisins naturally contain quite a bit of sugar, these mixes are not low-carb. The hemp and pumpkin seed Bunmixes are low-carb, vegan and gluten-free.

If you live close to our location and are not too shy to pick up your package yourself, you can do so on Saturdays between 11am and 2pm. This only applies to orders placed as we are not a store. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with information regarding the pickup time.
Ingredients

1 pack Bunmix of 180 g

12 g of butter in small pieces

250 ml of warm water + 40°C
(100ml boiling + top up with cold. Be careful not to burn your hands!)

Equipment

1 bowl or food processor, an oven or an airfryer

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 180°C - hot air 170°C - no need to preheat your airfryer.

Put the flour in a bowl and add half of the water. Mix for a moment and add the rest of the water. Turn on your food processor to knead the mixture until you get a homogeneous mass, this happens automatically. Once the water is absorbed, add the pieces of butter while kneading.

Knead the dough for another 3 minutes or so until the dough looks elastic.

Divide the dough into 5 equal portions (+ 90 grams), make balls of it with a hole in the centre the size of 2 cm, so that you get a doughnut shape. This shape gives the best baking results.

Put the buns in your oven and bake for 30-40 min depending on your oven (airfryer: bake in cake mode 160°C)

Let the buns cool on a rack before you cut them, that way they will not lose their lightness.
