Shipping Policy

How do I check the status of an order?

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking information.

How fast is the shipping and fulfillment?

We collect all packages twice a week and ship them on Wednesday and Friday. If you order before 11:00 on Wednesday, your order will be shipped the same day. If you order after 11:00, your order will be included in the shipments on Friday. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be shipped on Wednesday (this is our contribution to the ecological footprint).

You will receive an email with the tracking code once your order has been shipped. Use this tracking code to check the status of your order.

For the time being, you cannot pick up packages. We will work on receiving you soon.
